Biography

PhD in Art, Heritage and Restauration Theory, in 2010. Currently works as coordinator at Museu de Lisboa – Fábrica de Moagem, as part of the creation of a sixth nucleus dedicated to industrialization and Industrial Heritage. She served as head of the Immovable, Movable and Intangible Heritage Division at the extinct Direção Geral do Património Cultural (2014-2019) and directed o Forte de Sacavém (2925-2019). She coordinated numerous projects of Cultural Heritage. She is the author of numerous articles, book chapters, books, and participated in hundreds of colloquiums and scientific meetings. She studies have mainly focused on understanding Lisbon and its region.

Doutorada em Arte, Património e Teoria do Restauro, em 2010. Atualmente desenvolve funções de coordenadora no Museu de Lisboa – Fábrica de Moagem, no âmbito da criação de um sexto núcleo dedicado à industrialização e ao Património Industrial.

Desempenhou funções de Chefe da Divisão do Património Imóvel, Móvel e Imaterial na extinta Direção Geral do Património Cultural (2014-2019) e dirigiu o Forte de Sacavém (2015-2019). Coordenou inúmeros projectos na área do Património Cultural, é autora de inúmeros artigos, capítulos de livros e participou em centenas de colóquios, encontros científicos. Os seus estudos têm-se direccionado, principalmente, ao conhecimento de Lisboa e da sua região.
