Biography
Mariangela Licordari is a PhD candidate in History of Architecture at the University Paris1 Panthéon-Sorbonne of Paris and the Universidade Nova of Lisbon (FCSH). Particularly interested in architecture of the twentieth century, she is currently engaged in the study of the Portuguese architecture of the Modern Movement. She graduated in “Architecture” at the IUAV of Venice (2010) and in “History and Preservation of Architectural and Environmental Heritage” at the Faculty of Architecture of Reggio Calabria (2004); in May 2006 she completed a Master CIPAA at the Politecnico di Milano; in July 2013, the Master Erasmus Mundus TPTI at the University Paris1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and in October 2015, the DEA in Contemporary Art History at the Universidade Nova of Lisbon. She is the author of scientific texts concerning twentieth century architecture.
